CALISTHENICS EAST AFRICA came to life in the year 2010.We got so impressed with how interested individuals were all over the world in getting shredded bodies just by going to the streets and performing physical movements – on the ground, on designed apparatus, without weights, at the park, at the beach, in their backyards – all without formal gym equipment. We decided to dig dipper and found out this was street workout which, as it turns out, is beneficial, both as a sport and a general workout activity.
